The Virginia Computer Institute was responsible for the design and
installation of the Voice, Video and Data components of the project
and provided year long training to incorporate technology into the
curriculum.

elementary school project of fourteen elementary schools placed under
contract during fiscal year 2000. Statewide average for construction
in fiscal year 2000 was $92.99 per sq. ft. for building costs only and
